Biography:

Khrystal is a focused trainer with over two decades in fitness and a background as a Bikini Pro athlete. She specializes in body re-composition, strength development, reconstructive conditioning, and science-based training with practical nutrition guidance.

A passionate hiker who has summited three of the Seven Summits, and with a background in ultra-marathon running and endurance sports, she believes true fitness includes strength, endurance, mobility, and recovery.

Khrystal is known for her focus on form, fundamentals, and creating a physically safe and emotionally supportive training environment. She loves getting to know her clients and believes workouts should challenge you while still leaving you with a smile, sometimes with a little Bill Burr-level humor.
