First Things First…
1) All personal training sessions begin with a consultation meeting. This process encompasses most of or all of the first session. It includes completing the following:
• Health History Form– so we can view and assess your current health and medical conditions.
•Goal and Visionary Plan– you inform us of your goals and we will help you create a plan of action to reach those goals.
• Body Composition Measurements– circumference measurements and body fat measurements.
2) Next, we cover our policies and procedures so that you are aware of how things will work, such as:
• Explaining the rules of the workout program.
• Includes Nutrition Guidelineso Exercise Adherence•
Trainer responsibility and client accountability
• Gym policies and procedures
3) Lastly, we set out your workout schedule. This includes setting specific days and times that you will meet with your trainer for your workouts throughout the duration of your training package.
**Our sessions are approximately one hour or 30 minutes depending on the type of session that you choose but may sometimes be shortened due to situational factors. An example may be if the client cannot continue on due to fatigue – which in itself can be due to several factors like: lack of sleep, poor nutrition, or stress.

In the event a client elects to cancel his/her Preferred Personal Training Package, the client will be refunded all payments for unused sessions less the difference between the package purchased and the next lowest Preferred Personal Training Package.
Annual Commitment Packages
Simply Fit Canada offers its clients a variety of annual personal training packages which offer a monthly payment option. Each annual training package includes one (1) complimentary monthly membership.
Committing to 4 – 60 min. or 4 – 30 min. sessions per week. Payments will be due on the 1st of every month. All unused sessions will expire and are non-refundable.
60-minute rate ($45.00/session) / $720.00/month
30-minute rate ($28.00/session) / $448.00/month
Committing to 3 – 60 min. or 3 – 30 min. sessions per week. Payments will be due on the 1st of every month. All unused sessions will expire and are non-refundable.

In the event a client elects to cancel his/her Annual Training Package, the client will be refunded all payments for unused sessions less the difference between the package purchased and the next lowest Preferred Personal Training Package .For example a client who has used 60 or more sessions will be charged the 60-session rate, while a client who has used less than 60 sessions will be charged the 40-session rate and so on.
Cancellations must be made 12 hours or more prior to scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled with less that 12 hours notice will result in a charge in the amount of on full session.
