Biography:
My journey into personal training grew out of a lifelong passion for sports. I’ve always thrived in a team environment, playing everything from soccer and football to basketball and skiing. That sense of camaraderie, challenge, and shared purpose shaped who I am.
As organized sports became less accessible, I found myself searching for a new outlet. I discovered it unexpectedly while accompanying a friend to a personal training session. In that moment, I felt everything I loved about sports return — the drive, the progress, the victories, and most importantly, the community.
That team-first mindset is the foundation of my coaching. When we work together, we’re a unit. Your goals, challenges, and limitations become mine too. I’m here to support, guide, and push you toward becoming the strongest version of yourself. Every person brings something unique, and your program should reflect that — never one-size-fits-all.
I am a certified Personal Trainer and graduate of the YMCA FIT Program, including Corrective Conditioning through YM-YWHA/YMCA. I also hold TRX Group Training, TRX Functional Training, and Indoor Cycling certifications. Additionally, I’m a CanFitPro Fitness Instructor Specialist and Children’s Fitness Coach. As an avid CrossFitter, I believe in leading by example and staying committed to my own growth.
Above all, I consider myself a lifelong student. Every client teaches me something new, and every day is an opportunity to learn. The more knowledge and experience I gain, the better I can tailor your program to support long-term, meaningful success.
