Biography:

Carole is a Certified Trainer and Nutrition Coach, with over 11 years of experience working with a
diverse audience from beginners to advanced, Women/ Men/ Teenagers/ and the elderly).

She utilises different types of workouts including (HIIT, circuit, calisthenics training, strength, functional,
cardio, boxing). Carole would be able to integrate several forms of training to motivate you and
help you to go beyond your limits while also supporting you in terms of your nutrition.

In her earliest memories, Carole has always been passionate about sports of all kinds, at 5
she started motocross and skating (hockey, skate park acrobatics). At 7 years old, she
discovered skiing and snowboarding in the Alps, at the age of 9 basketball and soccer, then came
running and cycling, and at the age of 15 she started swimming which is to this day,her
routine 5 times a week.

Since she was 14 years old, Carole has had a passion for physical training and fitness.
That’s why she decided to share her passion for a healthy lifestyle that has changed her life both physically and
mentally.
