Carlos Vinatea

Trainer

Biography:

Carlos has always been interested in the world of sport, fitness, and movement.  At age 7, he was already actively participating in traditional Karate, the beginning of a lifelong passion for martial arts.

In his teenage years, hes began an apprenticeship at a gym, learning the ins and outs of the fitness world.  Soon after, he took command as a military cadet instructor. These experiences marked the beginning of a fitness coaching career that has since spanned over two decades. Throughout this time, Carlos has dedicated himself to continuous learning, obtaining certifications in Fitness & Nutrition, as a Science of Stretching Yoga Instructor, and as a Breath Coach, among many others.

Carlos has worked with a diverse range of clients, including military cadets, busy professionals, high-performance athletes, people recovering from injury/surgery, and everyday people struggling with weight loss, chronic pain, and burnout. Hes has developed his own unique multifaceted approach to wellness, delivering lasting transformation physically, mentally and energetically. More than just a trainer, Carlos works every day to be a motivator and mentor who helps his clients achieve their goals and develop the mindset needed to sustain them.

Carlos has spent years learning Russian Sambo, Qi Gong, and Shaolin Martial Arts. When he isn’t working with clients, you can find Carlos walking around our beautiful city, studying nutrition and health, working out at one of the many outdoor gyms, practicing martial arts/calisthenics, and you may even meet him at an airport someday (as he is an avid world traveller as well).

He believes that “one should be obsessed with the outcome and be in love with the process.”  He is dedicated to guiding his clients through every step of their journey and holds himself to the highest standards of accountability in his duty as a coach.

Bringing years of experience to the table, Carlos loves working with people from all walks of life, learning about them, and helping them not only reach but also exceed their goals.
