Biography:
Meet Andres,
Your Goals. My Game Plan. Our Results.
Looking to build muscle, get stronger, drop body fat, or finally feel confident in your own skin? You’re in the right place.
I’m a personal trainer, fitness enthusiast, and aspiring physiotherapy professional with a passion for strength training, bodybuilding, and powerlifting. I don’t just train to look good — I train to perform, move better, and become a stronger version of myself every day. And that’s exactly the mindset I want to help you develop.
As someone passionate about both fitness and physiotherapy, I value proper technique, movement quality, and sustainable results. I want you to understand why you’re doing an exercise, not just count reps until the set is over. My goal is to help you build strength, confidence, and habits that last long after your training sessions.
My philosophy? Train smart. Train hard. Build a body that performs as good as it looks.
Whether you’re a complete beginner stepping into the gym for the first time or an experienced lifter looking to break through a plateau, I’ll help you build a plan tailored to your goals, experience, lifestyle, and abilities.
What can we work on together?
-
Muscle building and hypertrophy: Build size, definition, and a physique you feel proud of.
-
Strength and performance: Develop your strength with structured programming inspired by bodybuilding and powerlifting principles.
-
Fitness fundamentals: Learn proper exercise technique, improve your confidence, and establish a solid foundation in the gym.
-
Boxing basics: Learn fundamental combos, footwork, coordination, and movement while getting a great workout and relieving stress.
When I’m not in the gym, you’ll probably find me hiking with my dog, paddleboarding, catching a live stand-up comedy show with friends, or unwinding with a good video game. I also enjoy expanding my knowledge, getting outdoors, having a laugh, and making time for the things that make life fun, because I believe fitness should help you go beyond the gym — helping you feel stronger, move better, and ultimately get more out of life.
Your goals are personal. Your training should be, too. Let’s get to work.
