Meet Jonathan, personal trainer with over 20 years of experience helping people transform their health, strength, and confidence. Before joining the team, he spent more than a decade leading fitness operation in luxurious hotels and resorts, where he coached clients from all walks of life — including elite athletes, high-profile personalities, and international executives seeking top-tier training. In addition, Jonathan has worked at several renowned gyms, broadening his experience and expertise in diverse training environment
Jonathan brings a calm, structured, and highly personalized approach to every session. His coaching focuses on proper movement, injury prevention, functional training, strength and conditioning, HIIT training, body re-composition, body building and tailored programs to each client’s goals. Starting his career as a fitness specialist in world-class resort environments, Jonathan has guided hundreds of clients toward their goals, from beginners looking to build healthy habits to advanced clients striving for peak performance. His passion lies in helping people feel stronger, move better, and become the best version of themselves.
Outside the gym, Jonathan enjoys cooking, traveling, discovering new places, hiking, reading, and staying active through different sports.
