Simply Fit Canada propose des exercices simples et qui cible les besoins de chacun d’entres-nous. Kevin me motive à aller de l’avant et à garder mes objectifs en tête. Il apporte un côté “fun” à l’entrainement. Quand j’ai vu ma photo “avant” et “après” je me suis dis qu’elle n’était pas truquée car c’était la mienne. Je suis plus en forme et mieux dans ma peau. Cela se constate dans mon quotidien. Maintenant, quand je vais magasiner, mon “problème” est le vaste choix de vêtements qui me font bien:-)
