Week 2 Day 3… Even Faster!

August 14, 2014:

Tired is not the word that I’d use to describe how I felt when I woke up this morning. Exhausted didn’t cut it either. But that doesn’t matter! Today is swings with dips. I’ve started working on a strategy to get through this challenge. During the first series of 10,15,25… I’ll try and blast them off as fast as I can (which BTW seems to be faster and faster) without taking almost any time to recover and then…take the recovery time that I’d normally take in between, add it up a bit before blasting off 50 reps.

So far it’s working. Today though, as I blast each rep with more and more explosive speed, yeah, I’m going faster but it is taking a toll on my grip now and man are my fore arms burning after the 50 reps. Today’s time was a whopping 27:08!!! I’m not improving week by week, I’m improving DAY by DAY!

Tomorrow is the hardest of all the workouts. Swings with front squats. Lets see what it brings!
