At SFC we answer all your questions as to WHY an exercise is chosen, HOW to perform it with confidence, WHAT part of the body is being solicited and WHERE it fits into your particular sport. When exercising, safety is our number one priority. At SFC we will teach you the proper mechanics of each exercise and will ensure that you are performing each with correct form, thus maximizing the efficiency of your workouts.
