Kettlebell swings week 2

August 11, 2014:

Today, I woke up at 2 a.m. with a start. I didn’t want to continue doing this insane kettlebell challenge. I wanted to quit. Yup.. at 2 a.m. instead of sleeping, yours truly was contemplating quitting.

When I finally woke up at 4 a.m. I’d had two hours to let’s say “sleep on it”. I guess it worked because my thoughts had shifted from wanting to quit to what would people think if the trainer himself quit?

I was surprised at the speed at which my old body is adapting to this program.From day one,not being able to finish, to just a week later finding it..well…not easy but knowing that I can do it …just how fast. No injuries today either meaning my hands escaped being ripped to shreds. I finished the whole routine in 34:27 today. I’m happy with that. Happy…hmmm me? Ok satisfied 🙂 talk tomorrow.
