KB Swing Challenge Week 3 Day 4

August 21,2014:

I overslept today. Not great. I felt like the weather; kinda “iffy”. My lower back was stiff and my butt still hurt from..well from all this week and the second half of last week haha. (no joke!).

I would take my time today and not worry about my beating my previous time. The goal was to do as many GOOD reps as possible in as short a time as possible but good reps.

Here is an excerpt of today’s workout which BTW was faster again 25:03!
