KB Challenge Day 4 Week 3

August 22,2014:

Friday! Why do I always save the hardest for last? Front Squats with Swings. Again today I promised myself to not rush through this workout knowing full well that it would take longer anyways than any other one that I did this week. Well, it did but I still think I was faster than last week even taking my time! Today’s time was 28:37. I’m really glad that this one is done.

To date I’ve completed 4,800 kettlebell swings! I’ve upped the weight on my shoulder press, upped the weight on the chins but seeing as both my shoulder and my knee aren’t super, I kept my dips status quot along with the front squats.
